At Best Dental Studio, we have high standards for quality control. If a situation occurs which requires that we remake a case, our lab has the following policy in place:
Our Warranty
If we receive a “remake” case back and the doctor has re-prepped the case or altered the case in any way, we offer a 20% discount as a show of goodwill.
If Best Dental Studio contacts the doctor regarding concerns about a case (e.g., requesting a new impression, concerns about clearance) and the doctor instructs us to finish the case regardless of these concerns, the case is no longer under warranty.
* We do not offer credits on any restorations we’ve created. We also maintain the right to deny a warranty on a case per case basis due to a variety of circumstances.
** Diagnostic white wax ups and PMMA temporaries are not warrantied
